EVA is a modern Greek restaurant inspired by the culture and way of life of ancient Greece, mythology, and history of the Hellenes. The project amalgamates the entire flavor of various eras of Greece, including gastronomic pirouettes ranging from royal feasts to the popular casual format, the finest wines from the south coast, and entertainment that delights the Greeks themselves over generations.

Like the myths of ancient Greece, the restaurant's cocktail menu tells the story through its author's words and introduces you to the principal heroes of Olympus. There is an emphasis on local aperitifs and digestives, as well as premium items from private wineries, on the wine and bar menu.
